LZZ House, a 2016 AIA award winning residence, was intended as a case study for Calfornia Advanced energy Homes. It is an energy efficient, passive solar heated house that demonstrates economical building techniques using modern technology. A ‘gentle landing’ on the site shows that the best houses are faithful to the geology and culture of their surroundings.
