2011 AIA award winning 1,000 ft. addition to a home in San Luis Obsipo that features passive solar design, non-toxic materials, natural cypress siding, and radiant heated concrete floors. Designed with the aesthetic theory of 'spatial L's' used by many early Modernist architects.
